Do you want to be where you are now one year from now? Same health status, same weight, same feelings about yourself, same income (or lack thereof)? My recent visit to a maximum security prison reminded me of what it takes to be in a new place one year from now. These guys could easily stay the same as they watch the years pass by, but instead, they are transforming themselves…and so can you.
