As the old saying goes “uncertainty is the only certainty in life” and yet… It is so difficult to deal with! Why? You will find the answer to that and many ways to help cope with uncertainty, feel less limited by fear and unlock your highest potential.

This episode focuses on two types of uncertainty: external (i.e. surrounding uncertain circumstances) and internal (i.e. inner blocks which are typically fear-based). I also share some of my own experience and lessons learned in dealing with uncertain periods like when I had a difficult family law procedure, and when I could not see my fiancé for 14 months due to covid-19 related border closures.
