Ep.60 Stop overthinking, start doing this instead!

Listen Later

Overthinking contributes to anxiety, depression, and irritability.  It can lead to sleep problems, increase your unhealthy stress levels & weaken your immunity. But you don’t need me to tell you this because you KNOW it sucks. You don’t need another tirade of STOP DOING THESE THINGS THAT ARE BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH! and another cause to feel shitty because you don’t feel like you can overcome it. What you need is a roadmap out of that place and I’m going to give you that today with 4 actionable strategies and 2 takeaway exercises.

If you are interested in the day retreats that I am hosting in Switzerland here’s a link to all the info!
And the Tim Ferriss Ted talk mentioned in the pod “Why you should define your fears instead of your goals” is here.
