In this episode, Dr. Theoharis Theoharides breaks down the science behind Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), offering a clear and research-informed perspective on this often misunderstood condition.

He defines what MCS is, how individuals can be triggered by even minimal chemical exposures, and the wide range of symptoms that may follow. He also addresses the serious immunological effects of chemical exposure and emphasizes the importance of creating chemically safe environments.

The discussion also covers the role of mast cell activation in MCS, the ways stress can intensify symptoms, and the diagnostic codes currently used for clinical management and treatment.
