ABOUT CHRISTOS KRASIDIS

Christos Krasidis is an activist, professional trainer and international consultant for sexual health, combination prevention and human rights. He is currently the Chairperson of the AIDS Solidarity Movement in Cyprus and has served as the Steering Committee chairperson of AIDS Action Europe and a member of the Steering Committee of “Cobatest”, a network of organisations across Europe that offer community-based voluntary counselling and testing (CBVCT) services. He is also an active member and trainer of EATG (European AIDS Treatment Group) since 2018, and participates as a community expert in the ECDC EU/EEA Sexually Transmitted Infections Network Coordination Committee (STI NCC), and in WHO Europe’s informal workgroup for MPOX.

He is a Community Health Worker at the Cy Checkpoint, a PrEP peer-consultant at the Cyprus PrEP Point and the Communications Representative for AIDS Solidarity Movement.
