I have worked with 100s of women who hold deep resentment, anger and a lot of guilt for things they have done or what has happened to them.

When they come to me they are often stuck in their lives and unable to move forward - often attracting a lot of negativity into their lives.

This is what happens when we hold onto things from the past, as we believe on a level we deserve those things happening to us OR we are angry about what has happened to us and we then inflict that on others (leaving us feeling guilty)

Forgiveness allows us to break free from anger, let go of guilt and feel amazing and free about ourselves and our lives.
