Today we have a shorter interview, and a new format for the show. We have meshed the 3 weekly uploads into one for the time being. To ensure content being pushed, we will be blending the weekly update, guest interview and then an individual component.

We interview Aaron Jeffery, the current Bellator #9 ranked Middleweight. Its only short due to time constraints but he will be back. We also speak about my transition out of defence and the difficulties i have found as well as some tips that have helped.
