Today is our first episode in the new format.

We kick the episode off with a conflict update speaking about the death of the President of Iran, the unrest in New Caledonia and the growing violence in Mexico amid the upcoming elections.

We then get into our conversation with SASR Veteran, Dan Cooper. Aside from being a member of one of the premier fighting forces in the GWOT, Dan also played a large part in developing the strength and conditioning program that the Regiment utilises.

Dan is currently preparing to cross Antarctica  solo, which is a hectic undertaking in itself.
