The Question is ... How can I get 1% better today?

The answer – By using the phenomenon called “clustering”. It has been found that behaviors, attitudes, and even health/wealth outcomes tend to form in social clusters. In other words, “Birds of a feather flock together.”

If I want to get better today, I can add one successful/positive person to my group. I do not have to talk to them daily but having a conversation once a month will be helpful in adding that person to my cluster.
