This podcast has been an idea for a long time. I'm recording this intro on July 4th 2020, but this episode was actually recorded on June 23rd 2018.

Matti and I have been friends for years, so we thought it would be fitting to record out first episode in Grand County, Colorado, where it all began.

We start chatting about following the plan, and then get into a bit of our origin story, training at altitude, different kinds of motivation, and hell, all kinds of shit.

I laughed quite a bit listening to this after a couple years, I hope you enjoy it.
