In today’s episode, I'm sitting down with Kayla Mehr, a postpartum and perinatal workout specialist, to dive into her daily routine. As a busy mom with two kids, Kayla thrives on routine, and prioritizes time with her kids and her own self-care through her workouts. It's refreshing to hear how she optimized her outsourcing strategy, shifting from a nanny to a virtual assistant, to reclaim more time with her daughter and focus on the aspects of her job that truly bring her joy. 

In addition to Kayla's daily routine, we dove into the perks and drawbacks of being your own boss, exploring the unique dynamics of entrepreneurship. Kayla also shared how she maintains a fulfilling social life, making time for friends and her husband through regular playdates and parent nights out. Kayla’s Pancake Recipe

• 3 eggs
• Rolled Oats (I’ve made these with 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 cup and same taste and consistency either way) 
• 1 cup of spinach
• Sprinkle of cinnamon

Blend it up, pour in an 8-9inch frying pan, sprinkle the cinnamon and cook just like a regular old pancake. Don’t flip too soon though or it’ll get messy
