In my career, when I focused on good communication skills and great patient care, the money took care of itself. But really, when you're productive it allows you to make choices on whatever it is you want to do: play golf with your buddies, spend time with your grandchildren, rent a yacht in the Mediterranean for three weeks, or whatever it is you want to do. Yes, you're smart. You'll figure it out. But you're going to have to take that intelligence through the thought process and figure out what you want to do for the next 10, 15 years.
