Sonia T. loves symbolism and spotting things that aren't always obvious. Sonia T. was in New Orleans last year around the same time and she had spotted an owl. Owls are powerful metaphors and totems. They can turn their heads 360 degrees and they often represent death, rebirth, and new beginnings. This year, she spotted another huge owl again in the trees. It's a sign! Get out of your head, into your body, and notice the beauty all around the natural world.

You really want to pay attention to the world around you, but the same applies to your intuition. It's there. It exists. You just have to pay attention to where it is. There are a ton of helpers and guides floating around you and nudging you towards the right path, but we actually have to just look through the world, like looking through the trees to see the owl, to spot them.
