Lindsay came to Aesthetics from a career in Neonatal Nursing and went all in from Day 1! Her personality comes through in this episode- she goes big and she goes fast! After spending time training with the “Who’s Who” of our industry and creating a network of successful practice owner mentors, she’s built a solid business model that is now scaling nationwide- and she shows NO signs of slowing down.

She’s constantly training new HUSH Injectors, training outside injectors, traveling to all her locations and carrying a full patient load, but she always makes time to go home. As a mother of 3 boys, her WHY is very clear, and she’s working to build something that her boys can be proud of without sacrificing time with their Mom in the process.

This episode is a transparent look into the highs and lows of medspa ownership, what it takes to succeed at scale, and how important it is to know your niche and shut out the distractions.  As Lindsay proves,  you've got to be scrappy, tenacious and never settle to succeed as an entrepreneur.
