In Episode 229 of The Fierce Factor podcast, I’m sharing insights from my recent experiences and the lessons I’ve learned about making smart business decisions. Just like my sister holding onto outdated skincare products, I’ve seen business owners cling to outdated or ineffective partnerships simply because they’ve invested time and energy into them.
This episode emphasizes the importance of slowing down and doing the necessary due diligence before making any significant commitments in business.
I’ll emphasize the need to "test before you invest" by aligning with partners who share your core values, meet you halfway, and have a proven track record of success. I break down a framework that I’ve developed over the years to ensure that I’m making the right choices before fully committing. These five key questions guide me in vetting potential partners or investments.
By applying this framework, I’ve been able to avoid costly mistakes and confidently invest in opportunities that truly align with my business goals. I hope this episode helps you refine your decision-making process and ensures your investments are set up for success.
Tune in to learn how to make smarter, more strategic investments in your business!

In this week’s episode of The Fierce Factor, I tackle one of the most crucial decisions every business owner faces: should you promote a current employee to a leadership position, or is it time to bring in new talent?
As founders, many of us excel at what we know best—whether that's perfecting clinical skills or honing our coaching techniques. But when it comes to transitioning from a hands-on provider to a visionary CEO, the skill set required shifts dramatically.
I explore the common pitfalls, like overpaying for seasoned professionals when you're not ready or promoting a front desk coordinator without proper training, that can derail your progress. Instead, learn how to delegate, train, and cultivate a Practice Leader—a role that bridges the gap between front desk and operations manager.
I also discuss the essential leadership skills needed for a successful practice leader, including how to lead, influence, and communicate effectively. Plus, we'll guide you on setting clear career paths, addressing skill gaps, and recognizing red flags in potential leaders.
This episode is packed with strategies to help you promote the right people, avoid costly mistakes, and build a robust leadership structure that will support your practice's long-term growth.

I explore the common pitfalls in businesses and offer practical advice to ensure our expectations are clear, realistic, and effectively communicated.

I sense there is a collective shift happening in society today- one that is inspiring a lot of high achieving women to re-evaluate the focus of their energy. And to question whether the path they are on today is truly in alignment with the life they want to live.
Like for me, I have become extremely protective of my energy. And because of that I am quite in tune with the feeling of misalignment.
Confusion, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion really occurs when you are working hard at something that no longer serves you. And this reality can be so overwhelming that we bury it deep and just busy ourselves with more work to avoid the discomfort of facing it.
So this week I want to walk you through an experience that will allow you to really pause and think about the default circumstances in your life that made perfect sense at one point in time but have evolved into a source of baggage for you today.
Like imagine if you could hit the “reset” button in your life. How would you do it differently? What would stay? What would go?
Have a listen and let yourself go there.
Enjoy!
