COMBINE THE STRENGTHS OF MEN AND WOMEN
This episode of the Fearless Mindset Podcast is the first part of our conversation with Alexandra Rosner. Alexandrea is currently an active-duty police officer and also works in the EP industry, part-time. Today, she shares her insights and experiences at the Close Protection Conference 2022.
Alexandra talks about the networking jitters she had and the dedication of the organizers to deliver a wonderful first experience. She also comments on the unfortunate lack of women in EP as their innate strengths have much value in the field.
GOLDEN NUGGETS
Adopt a concierge mindset as an EP agent - Alexandra: "One thing I think that's necessary as an agent is a concierge mentality wherein the agent understands that it's not about them, and the agent understands their place, which can vary. That changes just as in law enforcement. We, as the tide ebbs and flows, we change with it as well."
Create a team that takes the strengths of men and women - Alexandra "Oftentimes, you guys get excited and want to show off this and that and kind of almost escalate a situation; wherein a female response is generally the opposite. It's generally naturally de-escalating the situation. And I feel like one reason that is just because men and women are different."
