Later this week, in Australia, we will have RUOk? Day -- a day that’s dedicated to reaching out to friends and family to offer support to anyone struggling. We don’t always know who is struggling -- or even recognise it ourselves. Before that day comes, please understand that your response to anyone who reaches out for support will significantly impact them. In the same way, it is important to know when to seek help and that IT IS OK to do so.
