Wondering what November holds?

In a month where the USA goes to the polls and we near the end of a big year, November's predicted energy is all about letting go and surrendering. It's a time to release old beliefs, habits, and relationships that no longer serve us. This may feel uncomfortable or out of our control, but it's a necessary process for new beginnings.

I predict the first two weeks of November may be particularly challenging, bringing what feels like many are on a "knife's edge." It's important to practice non-attachment, non-judgment, and patience during this time. Meditation, rest, and relaxation can help you navigate this period of clearing and healing.

As we move towards the end of the month, the energy will shift. We'll start to feel a sense of lightness, playfulness, and joy. This is a time for manifesting and creating our new reality.

A key message: Not everything is as it seems as the month begins. Trust the process, go gently with yourself, and surrender to the flow of the universe. By releasing the old, you'll make space for the new and exciting possibilities that await you.
