Do you ever catch yourself saying you’re too busy to do self-care, meditation, and rest? Well, being too busy is a sure way to block your intuition along with procrastination and avoidance. Busyness may also manifest in other ways like the busyness of emotions, thoughts, and mental activities. 

 

However, being busy may also be a sign that there is something beneath the surface that our ego is trying to control or avoid. It may be masking some fear or belief and even our true emotions.
