I think many women (myself included) have had this perfectionist fantasy that you’ll someday have this AHA moment and you’ll be like… “Omg. Yes! This is HOW I’m going to conceive my baby!”

…But it doesn’t come.

I certainly did not have this level of certainty as to HOW it was going to happen. 

Neither do my clients. Yet, we’ve found a way to let go of the ”how drama.” 

Because you are not meant to know exactly HOW your baby is going to come.

The “how drama” is exactly what keeps you distracted from doing the basic work that teaches you to: 

- Know your worth… regardless of pregnancy status.

- Take incredible care of your mind and body.

- Take action that feels much more like a curious experiment (instead of a life or death situation.)

- Be present on the ride of your life.

(Plus - the reality is that there are 1000’s of different paths to your baby. Trying to narrow it down to just one is like squeezing all the juice out of the possibility that’s available to you.)

The HOW is not important. Once you realize this, you’re getting so much closer to your baby.
