Jamie is a working mom in marketing and training as well as a coach for women and moms on career growth and managing motherhood. We discuss the transition to the suburbs from the city and the universal struggle for connection in today’s world. 

Jamie also shares her reframing around the idea of not having enough time to do something, and just admitting it’s not a priority, a mind shift I really appreciate. We also discuss how hobbies make us more rounded and happier people, and how they can help to center you after a drastic identity shift like moving, becoming a mother or partner.
