In today’s episode, I decided to defer to Spirits even if I had some ideas about what to share. I pulled a card from The Little Sage Oracle Card Deck and got the head versus heart card. So today we are going to talk about that and be reminded that perhaps what’s on our hearts can be more powerful than what our heads had planned — today’s podcast is an example.

 

Take time to consider what’s on your mind and in your heart. What does your head say? What does your heart say? Once you figure that out, find the sweet spot where both meet and allow yourself to go to that space.
