Unless you’re truly in survival mode, you have the power to be supportive and connected to others from your true and honest heart space. 

 

The entire world is having a moment right now, which means it’s the perfect time to practice grace for yourself and grace for others. Increased awareness just might be the key to staying grounded and true to yourself no matter what is going on around you. Breathe! Read the energy around you and then manage your own energy in a way that honors who you really want to be.
