Today we're talking about the 4th risk factor – aesthetic risk. I don't know if this has ever happened to you but I've had a few patients who have been very difficult to match when putting in crowns or other aesthetic work. I call patients "high aesthetic risk" if, when they smile, they show lots of teeth and gums so a slight discoloration in dental work is very noticeable and exact shades can be difficult to match. So today we're going to talk about how to make patients aware of their aesthetic risk factors and how you can prep them for what is coming and set yourself up for success.
