In 2002, the WHI reported increased risk of breast cancer, stroke and coronary heart disease and the press went wild. While these negative results have been walked back - it's gotten little press and did little to reduce the fears of the general public.
Today we are discussing a new study published in Menopause: The Journal of the Menopause Society looking at >10 million women - their prescription records, doses, routes and formulations as well as the effect on all cause mortality, five cancers, cardiac diseases and dementia. THE RESULTS ARE HUGE!
