Dr. Mike Simpson spent over thirty years in the army as an Airborne Ranger, a Special Forces Operator, and an Emergency Medicine Doctor assigned to the Joint Special Operations Command. During his time in the military, Mike trained as a demolitions expert, a SWAT sniper, and a high-altitude parachutist. Since leaving the Armed Forces, he has launched the Mind of the Warrior Podcast and set up the Greybeard Performance supplement company. Mike has also recently written his first book, Honed: Finding Your Edge as a Man Over 40.
