Like many skilled trades, the refrigeration industry is currently having to innovate and adapt to changes in the workforce and vastly new generational mindset when it comes to the work world. Here, Rusty dives into the importance of work-life balance, hands-on immersive training, and continuous education as focal points for both attracting new technicians and keeping current trainers up-to-date.
