Tell us what you think!!!
On Today’s Episode, Caroline Chambers, chef, recipe developer, author of the What to Cook substack, and mom to three active boys, joins me to talk about her days! Caro shares her morning routine of a workout and walk, and the importance of hiring people that treat your home and kids the way you would treat them, and outsourcing the cleaning so she can be more productive in ways that count. We also chat about the smutty/fantasy books we’re reading and how in this phase of life, happy endings and escapism are what we need instead of the latest Pulitzer winners. Caro shares how she and her husband (also an entrepreneur) completely separate from their work between 5-8pm making those chaotic hours less stressful, and they regularly do “Alone Days” to allow the other time to recharge in the way they need it best.
A huge thank you to Caro for being a guest on today’s episode! This was such a fun conversation and I know you’re going to love it! If you like what you hear, please subscribe wherever you get your podcasts, share with your friends, and leave us a review. I have a ton of fun guests lined up for the fall, and I would love to hear from you on Instagram @adayinherlifepod or on adayinerhlife.com.
