Tell us what you think!!!
I am so glad you’re joining us for a conversion with Julia Dzafic, content creator, marketing consultant, cookbook author (to be published in May 2024), and mom of two busy kids. Julia is an OG Blogger, and I feel like I have been following her since before Instagram and am so excited she’s joining us to tell us about her days!
In today’s episode, Julia shares how she structures her days into 4 time blocks to maximize productivity. We discuss how she prioritizes a walk each day with her dog and how she needs her microbreaks between work blocks and between her work and mom life to reset herself. Julia shares how she and her husband make time for each other including pre-weekend lunch dates to get some solo time before the weekend. I so appreciated Julia’s honesty when it comes to the post-dinner hours and what bedtime looks like, and how the reality of the mom you are sometimes looks different than the mom you thought you’d be. Thank you, Julia! You can all follow Julia on Instagram at @lemonstripes or on her website LemonStripes.com, and I will be preordering her cookbook as soon as it’s available!
If you want more A Day In Her Life, please follow us on Instagram @adayinherlifepod and subscribe to our newsletter. This week I shared Five Friday Faves that I have been loving. If you have any thoughts, feedback, or suggestions, please reach out on Instagram or the contact form at adayinherlife.com.
