This week we talk with Chris Matthews from Coyote Creek Ranch in Missouri. Chris has a polyculture farm with a variety of animals to help rebuild the soil on his 20 acre farm. Earlier farming practices had stripped the land of any soil and proved to be a real challenge for Chris starting out.
