Your three lovely hosts are back on the air after a 5 month hiatus! Some wonderful news happened during that time and Sabrina had a baby. As a new mom, Sabrina will be popping in and out of the show based on scheduling! Sonia C. and Sonia T. are back together in person again and are currently recording from Paris.

 

This week’s theme is about: The Angry Hangover.

 

The angry hangover can be so overwhelming for a loving sixth senser. You give, give, and give because you care about those around you, but suddenly, you find yourself stretched too thin, have over given, and get upset that everyone is crossing your boundaries. So what happens? You end up exploding to re-establish your boundaries once again….and then the cycle continues.

 

Intuitive empaths want to show up at the front of the line and make life feel good for everyone. There’s nothing wrong with that, but it’s also important to keep some balance and normalcy in your daily life. Put yourself first before tending to the needs of others. Go on your regular morning walk, do your meditation, take a break from the noisy household, whatever it is that you need to reset, breathe, so that you can come back energetically and serve the people you love the most.

 

Tool of the Week: Make one promise to yourself, be realistic, and commit to it. Take care of yourself first.
