In this episode, Im joined by Jeff Alberts. Jeff is the head coach and co-founder of 3DMJ.  He started lifting weights back in 1986 and has competed in natural bodybuilding since 1993. He has put an emphasis on making sure his approach to the sport is balanced both in and out of the gym for his athletes. His success stems from that balance and by working with a sound structure for his athletes’ training, nutrition, and recovery.
