Episode 269: How Resilience Can Help Grow Your Business

Listen Later

When the going gets tough, the resilient get going. This ancient maxim is as true in business today as it ever was, perhaps even more so. In the face of an economic downturn, natural disaster or political upheaval, companies must be able to adapt or perish.

It takes inner strength and determination for a business to remain competitive in trying conditions, something that resilience can provide in spades. A resilient company can bounce back from adversity quickly, often adapting strategies to meet changing demands or overcome unexpected challenges.

By leveraging such resources and reinforcing a sense of shared purpose through effective communication, businesses can cultivate greater levels of resilience — allowing them to weather any storm and stay on track for future growth.

In this episode, we'll have Archy Patil in the hot seat session. Starting a healthcare business is no small feat, and she will share his experience of how she managed to do a successful business

In this episode of the Practice Acceleration Podcast, you’ll learn the following:

  • Who is Archy Patil?
  • How to keep your resilience going
  • The early challenges of starting a healthcare business
  • Hiring someone working less
  • The importance of having a strong support system
  • The most important value of a business
  • Archy’s advice to his younger self

Indeed, resilience is a must-have if organisations are to survive and thrive in today's ever-changing world. It not only helps them remain competitive but also provides a stable platform for innovation and growth.
