First is the one who knows he or she needs to build muscle. The other is more concerned about fat loss that is why their workouts don’t lead them to build muscle.
Although this podcast talks about two types of people regarding building muscle, anyone can benefit from the topics I will be discussing here. With that said, let’s dive into the seven traits and a bonus one!

- Fifth trait: Being too active outside of the gym
- Sixth trait: Not eating around workouts
- Seventh trait: Not focused on anything outside of training and nutrition
