Really register the last time you took a step back, took a deep breath and really felt proud of yourself for something you created. Far too often, we put in SO much effort into a work project… a home project…a family project – and DON’T celebrate the creation. Most likely even rushing onto the next best thing. WITHOUT giving ourselves (and our team) props for building/creating/sculpting something from scratch. In my opinion, what a wasteeeee if you’re not gonna create time for presence, for FUN and of course, gratitude and appreciation for all of your efforts. What does this have to do with your fertility?
