I'm joined today by Biostrap's Chief Science Officer, Kevin Longoria, and the Director of Research here at NeuFit, Dr. Ramona von Leden, to talk about the results from our first published study.    During our 6 week study, we used Biostrap's clinically validated biometric device to measure the effect of Neubie sessions on the autonomic nervous system of participants. Some of the metrics we tracked were heart rate variability (HRV) and resting heart rate (RHR), two major markers for overall nervous system health. Overall, those metrics improved as a side effect of "typical" sessions with the Neubie and without any direct stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system (i.e., no vagus nerve stimulation, not using our "Master Reset" technique, etc.).
