We’ve got another big show coming at you (156 minutes!), as we tried, and failed, to go live to Houston and get the lowdown on Josh’s rapid half. However, we still bring you all our other usual segments and we have an excellent interview with 2:11 man and winner of Berlin marathon in 1985 Jimmy Ashworth. Thanks to COROS for supporting the show again this week!
Josh is AWOL after his half in Houston and busy swanning around mixing it with new American record holders. So, you have to make do with Aaron and Matt for the majority of this week, as they spend a good hour talking about how little running they've been doing.
Matt has a poorly achilles, while Aaron is still moaning about some mystery fatigue that has plagued him for the past 14 months, coincidently the same time as which Eliza (another guest on this week’s show) came to town.
Edit: Aaron located Josh at 6:30am on Monday morning (Flag time), and has seamlessly dropped him into the episode.
Stay tuned for the end of the show where Ruth and Aaron interview Jimmy Ashworth, as he talks us through 180 mile weeks, eating chip butties and working in a scrapyard between his double days!
Have a good week.
Aaron, Matt, Ruth and Josh (when he turns up)
