We’re only a month away from December --- a month that’s going to be filled with excitement and activities. But before heading over to that month, let’s take some time to pause and be silent, to listen and integrate the big energies of the prior weeks and months. 

November is all about Listening to Guidance (our theme) and creating stillness, space, and silence for us to truly tune in. 

This week, we’re also asked to Indulge (weekly theme) our mind, body and soul, to nourish it. Make sure to pause and understand that this is different from indulging your ego.
