Episode 37 is here, big week coming at you as we talk plenty of running news with action in regional XC’s across England, a half marathon in Seville and some indoor action from New York. We’ve got all the usual segments, Josh has returned from the USA and Clowesy is in a boot!

 

Once again we begin recording without Josh, who arrives half an hour in and semi-naked. Matt has been eating his weight in Lindor and Aaron has been doing an average job at caring for his poorly child.

 

Some big mileage weeks from Aaron and Josh, and while Josh has been meeting the who's who of American running, Aaron has been ticking off some virtual mileage in his garage.
