It's great to have all the technology, but it will also put you out of business. My wife told me a long time ago that if I hadn't bought all this stuff that I probably would have been able to retire 20 years ago. One of my team members who handles all the ordering hates it when I go to a meeting and buy a new piece of equipment. Most of the time the equipment ends up on a shelf and when she asks me what it's for I can't remember. So, I just want to share a little bit today about how I look at technology and some of the protocols I use when deciding to acquire new technology.
