Another big show coming at you as we discuss the World Indoor Champs from Serbia with news of a fantastic bronze medal in the 3000m from Marc Scott. 

We've also got an interview with Jess Piasecki who's already had a stellar year, with big PB’s in the half marathon where she ran 67:20 to go 4th all time on the rankings list, and then recently running a phenomenal 2:22:25 marathon PB in Seville. 

Jess talks all things Seville, the Olympic Games experience and how her injuries in the past now shape the way she trains.

Matt is still bronzing himself in Portugal and is busy returning to fitness in sensible way. Same can't be said for Josh who is intent on getting back into some fast running as soon as possible. While Aaron has Covid again 🤦🏽‍♂️
