Core Value questions to keep in mind while you read through the list of values.

Circle or write down every value that stands out to you or that answers one of these questions. Then use an elimination process to cut the list in half and continue until you have 2 words. Those are your personal core values. Then put all circled core values under one of the 2 personal core values. We will call these 2nd Tier values. Now at this point, write a sentence with each of the 2 core values that you could use with others in conversation.
