Evening all, another big one coming at you. We've gone deep into Manchester marathon today, and try our best to give you a full rundown of what went on in the British European marathon trials and the English commonwealth games marathon trials.

 

We're joined for a quick chat by Matt Crehan who won last year's race and actually led the race for the first 8 miles or so. He explains why he races that way and why he won't stop doing it any time soon.

 

Matt and Josh are back doing some sessions and tempo's, while Aaron is encompassed by a world of covid and struggles to get anything meaningful done this week.
