Today on the Podcast, I chat with Lizzie Johnson the owner of Lizzies Bakery, a custom cake and dessert bakery in Acton, MA.

Lizzie and I chat about how her week is structured around the baking, prepping, and delivery of cakes and how she takes Mondays and Fridays as days with her boys. Lizzie shares how she’s outsourced to help grow her business and how sometimes late nights are needed to get it all done. We also talk about how Lizzie leverages her gym daycare for both working out and strategic date nights, and the joys of being a tourist in your own city. Lizzie also shares the power of budgeting, a habit I am trying to get good at in 2023.
