Chrystal went from a career in Architecture, in which she holds a Masters Degree, to leading the Talent Acquisition and Culture strategy for national medical spa power player, OVME.
Chrystal is definitely an architect at heart- except now, she’s building clinics, Providers and managers instead. She’s been at OVME since the very first location. Now with 9 more locations and several set to open in the next year, her passion is to keep the culture alive, consistent and at the forefront of everything they do. And it’s working!
Chrystal’s success is definitely not by chance.
