Kirsty has been paving the way in the fitness industry for over 10 years, born and bred in New Zealand and is now based in LA. Kirsty is also a business women, running two companies, Pyro Girls – a highly flammable training community for both men and women worldwide, and her own clean protein company called MadeOf. Throughout the years Kirsty has had her own experience with her hormone health and much like us, is now on a mission to help others learn from her mistakes.
