Today, Dr. Cameron Caswell joins us to talk through the complexities of parenting teens and give tips on how to manage the teenager years. Dr. Cam is an adolescent psychologist and parenting coach who parented her own daughter as a single mother. Today, she helps parents learn how to shift their parenting from control to influence. Dr. Cam gave us some great parenting strategies today, and we can’t wait to talk to her again and learn more.
