Today I am speaking with Kara Boyd, Kara has been grooming over 10 years, she has worked bathing in. kennels, worked her way up to a manager at Pets at Home, and now has her own salon with a team of 17 members of staff!

I am talking to her about what its like having staff, how she manages their rotas and most importantly why she likes having staff!
