Cal, Katie, Sean and Dave speak with Tour of Tameside 2022 Winners. Joe Baker is a Stadium Runner from Halifax and Aliesha Smith is an East Cheshire Harrier who is the youngest female Tour of Tameside. They both talk about how they approached last years tour, how they would/will approach this years tour with lessons learnt, what shoes to wear and how to recover. Joe talk about why he smiles so much and how to pose for photos. Aliesha talks about how her dad helps with training and how she beat him in the Hyde 7.
