Another big week coming at you.

Shane has been racing at the English XC relays in Mansfield, but succumbed to a few too many bevvies post-race which made his long run a rough one.

Josh has actually been rather sensible in the last week or so, but is still moaning about getting wet every day.

While Aaron has completed a week of running, and moans about people checking their watches during a cross country race.
